The Eda centre facility has been designed as a premier business facility in the statistical region of Goriška. On a symbolical level, it will embody a unique identity while bringing forth various content programs on a functional level. The Eda centre will become the economic hub of the region offering new opportunities and creating new job positions, and will thus become a gathering point for all citizens of Nova Gorica.

The facility will consist of three units: above the spacious and secure parking facilities there will be four storeys for shops, the next eight storeys for offices, and the top storeys with the most dramatic views for the owners of deluxe apartments.
